​Over the course of my career, I've partnered with CEOs, founders, boards, and investors across private equity–backed startups, VC-funded scale-ups, and large global enterprises, spanning a wide range of industries, with teams across the globe. Whether the mandate was zero-to-one People infrastructure, a high-stakes turnaround, hypergrowth hiring, or developing the next generation of executives, I've done it while preserving their essence.
